The place was spotlessly clean and the location was so lovely, with walks around the lakes. The external tables and chairs was a lovely addition for relaxing outside with a cool drink in the evening.
This was advertised as a two double bedrooms and one twin. This is why I booked it and paid the extra. It turns out that is a single double bedroom with two twins, so be careful if you needed two doubles.

Lovely caravan in a great location. The caravan itself was impeccably clean & very well stocked, with various essentials that we would need during our stay. It saved me from having to purchase lots of things, for our short stay. The host was very helpful and communication, was very good. Always lots to do at Tattershall & would definitely recommend this place.

Very reasonably priced accommodation. Complimentary drinks were very much appreciated.
Clean and tidy van.
Caravan was very cold and smelled a little damp on arrival. No welcome booklet to explain the heating or site facilities/ site map. WiFi kept drooping out and the TV signal was very poor.
We were not aware that we would need to pay £130 to use the bars cafe and restaurants on site. We had to walk off the site to visit a pub on the main road for meals and a drink. Had we have known this beforehand we would not have booked.
