This caravan was fantastic, clean and well maintained, just like the advertised images. Lovely little Halloween decorations were the perfect touch! Great location, walking distance to onsite facilities. Good food available on site. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again! Loads of local attractions within a short distance too!
At the site, more pedestrian paths and lighting would be helpful, especially at night navigating to the on site facilities.

Location in the park, quiet area. Cleanliness. Good Communication with owner.
Unfortunately there were no instructions on how to use the oven and we couldn’t fathom it out. The single beds were a little small for adults.

So Easy to find on the sight
No 14 The Avenue is in a lovely spot on the sight not far from were you come into the complex ,
you get all the brilliant sunshine in the mornings we're the caravan is situated , so lovely to wake up to. Was a real treat to sit out on the veranda area with a morning coffee soaking up the morning sunshine. The caravan is modern , very clean and well equipped with a really nice large.TV with a really good clear reception . Quite spacious inside and good furnishings. The owners have put a lot of thought into equipping the caravan to make ypur stay as pleasant and as home from home with all the little added extras provided as they possibly could.
This caravan also had lights that lit up on a night outside and lights as you went up the steps to the caravan , well organised and well thought about
Lovely for a chilled out break and entertainment on sight for those interested in the night life. Had good communication with the the owner deborah who got back to us really promptly with any thing I needed to ask through booking dot.com , this was so helpful
There's a lovely fish shop well worth visiting and not overly expensive. On my visit there everyone from staff to families thatbi camr across were so friendly and there was no rowdiness, more like a village feel and recieved very good vibes from everyone I met. Appears to be a really happy , clean and well organised sight. Lots of areas to take your rubbish and recycling and a launderette that was so easy to find. Everything is in walking distance and nice if your just after a steady stroll around. The speed restrictions in the complex made you feel at ease crossing the roads
There's a little shop for all those little items that you need to top up on if you don't want to shop at the next nearby place at coningsby. You may pay a little more for them but on vacation you dont mind as its just so nice chilling out at your leisure and leaving the busy life behind for a few days.
I felt the 80 pass that you needed to get into the entertainment area was a waste of money for what was actually inside the area felt it was a really steep price to pay
Felt that the big signs ( like the avenue ) leading to each areas could have been lit up at night to make it easier locating were your caravan is.
More needed for people with disabilities to participate in. Felt there was very little for my son with disabilities to join in with
Felt it looked a miss mass once I was in the complex that i had to pay the pass for , Felt it could have done with a good sprucing up in the grounds facing the lake , was quite dissapointed expected something really smart not basic and felt it was quite boring looking , the only thing I liked was actually looking over the lake in that area
