Great hosts and excellent location close to everything you could need. Kitchen well equipped enabling full stove top cooking and also essentials like kettle, microwave, toaster and food processor. Bed very comfortable and the room had both fan and AC. Also the host kept the property very clean.
Nothing to dislike as it was a wonderful stay. Just would suggest a wardrobe to hang clothes in the bedroom and a sofa or lounger for the terrace living area. A water heater would also help remove cold morning showers. Also note that it’s one bedroom and not two as claimed by Booking.com

Location was excellent close to the beach and restaurants.
The property is in full sun all day. Was really nice to have AC in the bedroom.
