Everything was fine. They just need to replace the faucet in the bathroom.
The trash at the entrance was on the ground for a couple of days, until someone cleaned it.

Great location, close to restaurants and Playa Carrizalillo. Very spacious, floor space large enough for 3 yoga mats. Beds were comfortable with great cross breeze for sleeping.
Bathroom and kitchen supplies were scarce.

My daughter and I rented both the 2nd and 3rd floor apts in this building. Both places were as described, safe, centrally located, a short walk to the nearest and prettiest beach and local shops and restaurants... our stay was very comfortable, the landlord very accomodating and helpful, and it was a special and personalised experience that I would definitely repeat again when I am next in beautiful Puerto Escondido...
