The location was great. The communication with the owners was excellent and very responsive and tried very hard to remedy any issue that arose.
There were significant WiFi issues, but I believe they were related to the provider and they did all they could to remedy it.
There were more ants than I would have liked.

Great location to amazing restaurants. Beaches are all walkable. Quiet peaceful residential area for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful stone work and garden space! Cleaned spaces regularly. So pleasant and Lucia is a phenomenal hostess!!
First room did not have AC, though the fans definitely helped. Also, small note to look at the shower head of the bottom room - I think there's a small electric shock going through. I went to adjust the head and my thumb went tingly/numb. Wouldn't want anything to happen to anyone!

A fine little place in a good location. The shower was completely separate from the toilet area (unusual for these types of accomodations). The kitchen appeared complete (we were at the end of our trip and ate out more). The front garden area has good shade and sime okseating. The internet was often more dependable outside.
The internet was inconsistent. There was a broken kitchen cabinet and this created some dust and debris. There were ants (and we're used to keep things immaculate to discourage mexican ants). The beautiful backyard was not set up to enjoy.
