Value, close to centre and train station.
Only negative which was rectified quickly was the electronic door lock battery was low so couldn’t lock my room when going out and they was aware before my arrival so should have been fixed beforehand but they moved me to a room next door so not entirely awful just a slight negative.

Pleasantly surprised. Was spotlessly clean, including the communal areas. Great facilities. Rooms small but perfectly comfortable. Felt safe inside as an older lady travelling alone. Towels etc were perfect, although I’d taken my own so used that.
Location is perfect and next time I’d travel by train and stay here x
Had an issue getting in after office hours. The codes hadn’t been sent to me. Grace at customer services was fabulous although not much she could do. She sent codes by WhatsApp and I got in.
Stairs are an issue, I managed but with mobility issues this is t the place for you.
New carpet and a touch of paint would make the room even more appealing. I was in Piccadilly 4. Needs a toilet roll holder.
Bed was clean, just too soft for me. That’s a personal issue though not a bad reflection on my stay
