Just had a wonderful stay at Elegant hotel! The front desk was incredibly friendly and check-in was super efficient. Our room was spotless and very well-equipped. Loved the elegant, lofty design of the hotel. A truly fantastic experience in Shanghai!

Room is large enough for a comfortable stay. Metro station is near the hotel. The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They were very helpful and eager to assist. The hotel is in a nice area.

Very central
Check-in was rather complicated, as nobody at the reception spoke English and it took quite some time to find my reservation. The late shift was not even familiar with booking.com, which was quite surprising. I had to pay in cash without receiving a receipt and was told to wait until the next morning. Breakfast was fine, but mostly Chinese dishes with the only Western option being toast.
