Die Lage und die Räumlichkeiten. Der Support durch das Team erfolgte nach Mitteilung der Mängel sehr prompt und freundlich.
Die Ausstattung ist eher billig und insbesondere in der Küche unzureichend (z.B. 5 Weingläser für 6 Personen, keine Eierbecher, kein Brotschneidemesser etc.). Einige Dinge waren defekt (Rückenlehne Stuhl, ein Sessel hatte nur 3 Beine, mehrere Vorhänge gingen herunter, die Türklinke des Badezimmers war aus der Verankerung gerissen…). Fehlender Kleiderschrank in einem Zimmer.

Außerhalb gefrühstückt, aber ganz in der Nähe.
Haben mit 5 Damen 2 Badezimmer erwartet, was auch angeboten wurde. Stattdessen 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette, 2 Waschbecken, Dusche. 2 Toilette ohne Wavhbecken!!!! Gläser zum trinken längst nicht ausreichend. Die Dusche sehr rutschig, könnt e Gummimatte vertragen.
