Very spacious, great location.
Steep stairs, there is a lift however you still need to go down a set of stairs to get to the apartment.

Location and view over the Schelde was excellent- also close to restaurants and cafes in the southern centre as well as distance from the shopping area.
The room had sufficient space in both living and bathroom
Small details needed fixing: a wobbly dining table, loose screws here and there, paint things black and every scratch shows!
No socket immediately available for telephone cable.
Lights in bathroom above your head, not handy for me shaving, my wife doing her makeup.

It was nice to sleep, if you don’t have to do other things in the room. It was a small room so I would only recommended to couples.
They said it was a rivier view but when we were checking in, there was no rivier view but only a “city” view where you could only see some neighbours and nothing of the city

Room is way too small; pictures show a far bigger room, can’t move with 2 People without standing next to bed or move to a corner.
