Nicely decorated throughout, clean and nice outside area.
It was described as disabled friendlyand this was why I initially booked it, but it was far from it. The only thing that was great was that it was flat throughout. The entire driveway was all stones, so I struggled with my wheelchair and walker. There was quite a large step into the property, and the shower was over the bathtub. My child also found that some of the slats to the rollout bed were also broken, so it would have been unsafe to use. Thankfully, we didn't have to use it. The property is also quite small. There were enough beds to sleep 6 people, but you would struggle. There were only 3 of us and we struggled with space. It was also stated in the booking that the property was supposed to be a no smoking property, but we found cigarette butt's outside the property in the garden. I'm not sure if smoking in the garden is allowed or not as this isn't clarified in the information sent when booking the property. I'm not the sort of person to complain about this sort of thing, but I specifically booked this property as it states that it was disabled friendly and close to Harry Potter Studios. My child's 16th birthday was also our reason for travelling, and visiting Harry Potter Studios was his main birthday gift. Thankfully, we were only at this property for 3 nights, the 3 of us made do regardless of the little things.
