When we arrived at the front door we were a little bit “oh”. It’s was dark and the door positioned in between two shops but go in and up the stairs and we were very happily surprised. Lovely clean well presented apartment that had everything we could have needed. It’s well positioned in relation to the car park which is a 2 minute walk and the train station that is 10 minutes. It’s only a 20 minute walk to Watford junction where you can get a free shuttle bus to the studio.

The location was ok…walkable to the centre of Watford. Plenty of shops around for essentials. It’s ok a busy street - we had no issues with noise ☺️
I requested a cot for the property well in advance for our baby. We arrived pretty late to the property so was expecting to put my child to bed, no cot made up. Half of the cot base thrown on the bedroom floor. After searching in the cupboards in the main top bedroom the base was shoved half up in there. Almost like it’s not been put away from the last one properly…no bedding for the cot so after putting it up, I had to make the bed up with bits from other beds. Not ideal. Whoever cleans this property needs a talking too. Owning a successful housekeeping company myself it wasn’t to standard at all. Dust all over the cooker, smelt funny, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly from the last stay…beds were well made but dusty and not swept/hoovered at all it didn’t seem…standards could of been better. No hand rails up the steep main stairs or to the top bedroom so be mindful of this if you have young children as they could easily fall…
