Very clean and well kept, the man that owns it is very polite and understanding, the bed is very comfy and so is the sofa also. The kitchen is a handy addition to everything too and lastly it is also located right next to Croxley station which makes it very easy travelling 1 stop into Watford.
I couldn’t pick holes in it if I tried other than one tiny thing where the bedroom door is a bit stubborn to close but other than that it was perfect
