Welcome to your enchanting Tuscan retreat! Imagine sipping wine in your private garden as the sun sets behind Volterra's ancient towers, or floating in the panoramic pool while golden light bathes the rolling hills. This spacious 3-bedroom haven near charming Iano village offers the perfect blend of luxury and authenticity. From morning espresso in your south-facing garden to starlit dinners on the patio, every moment here feels like living in a postcard of Tuscany.
The complex, rebuilt in 2008, consists of two buildings containing 9 apartments that share a spacious panoramic swimming pool.
Our 85-square-meter ground floor apartment, situated in a converted barn, enjoys perfect south/west exposure. The living and dining room features large French doors connecting seamlessly to the private garden. The modern, minimalist kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and air conditioning.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and French doors opening onto the garden and patio, complete with air conditioning.
The second bedroom also features a double bed, French doors to the garden, and air conditioning.
The third bedroom contains two single beds and a standing fan.
A main bathroom with bidet is conveniently located off the living area.
The apartment showcases traditional Tuscan finishes: chestnut beam ceilings, terracotta brick walls and floors, and travertine bathrooms.
For your comfort, the apartment includes central gas heating, air conditioning, and WiFi.
The swimming pool is open from April through September.
The nearest restaurant, Nonna Bianca, is just 700 meters away, featuring a terrace with valley views and special "unlimited pizza" nights every Friday.
Just 1.5 km away lies the charming village of Iano, home to a convenience store and the excellent Antico Borgo restaurant. The surrounding countryside offers stunning views of vineyards with their endless rows of grapes and olive trees.
