Casa molto grande, tenuta ottimamente, giardino impeccabile, cucina attrezzata di tutto. Esattamente come in foto. La proprietaria abita al piano di sopra ed è disponibilissima e discreta. Il giardino è ad uso esclusivo, proprio quello che cercavamo con 2 bimbi piccoli. Altrettanta cortesia e disponibilità in Michele che gestisce il tutto in maniera lodevole.
L'unica nota negativa è che uno dei due bagni, purtroppo in alcuni giorni emanava un cattivo odore. Ne ho parlato con proprietaria che conosce il problema, ci ha spiegato che succede quando il mare agitato, e sa che dovrà far sistemare i sanitari da un idraulico.

Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dal mare sia di Nettuno che di Anzio. Villa stupenda con soggiorno enorme e 3 camere belle grandi. Giardino curato nei dettagli veramente bello. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili veramente brave persone.
Mancanza dei condizionatori in due delle tre camere da letto. Purtroppo quando fuori fanno 40 gradi dormire senza condizionatore è veramente tosta. Cambierei anche quello del soggiorno con uno più nuovo e potente (il soggiorno è troppo grande per un solo condizionatore) oppure ne aggiungerei un altro.

casa molto bella nuova comoda pulita struttura nuova dove non manca nulla dalla TV gigante in soggiorno al giardino al posto auto davanti alla casa ai due bagni grandi , gli host molto gentili e disponibili ottima posizione
