Завтрак отличный, расположение хорошее - до всего легко добираться. Станция метро в пешей доступности.
Номер удобный, просторный, есть всё необходимое. Прекрасный персонал на ресепшен.
Хотелось бы, чтобы лучше убирали номера.

I enjoyed my stay for 2 nights, Spacious room. Big comfortable bed and pillows. Good Shower. Big window views. Great breakfast.
I was a little disappointed that the Hotel was not closer to West Park. As I spent most of my free time there.

This hotel was reserved without a credit card for one night per my business trip, but I did not know that the reservation would be cancelled if I did not check in by 6pm (probably I did not read all the details in the booking website). I arrived at the hotel around 9pm. The front desk staff didn't seem to speak English well, but a lady who seemed to be the front office manager (this lady spoke English well) told the hotel wanted to call me, probably whether I would be coming or not, but did not have my phone number on the reservation. She told me that my reservation has been cancelled. And then she said that the hotel has a room for me, and it is a better/larger room because the room type that I reserved were all taken. She and the front desk staff took care of me very well, and the upgraded room was provided for me at the same room rate that I originally booked for. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, good location (a short walking distance from my meeting, and good value for the money (the initial rate was a good value, and getting an upgraded room was even better). I do recommend this hotel for those who travel to Hangzhou near Ant Financial.
