It’s exceptional. I was really impressed with the whole experience of this hotel. The service and the facilities are way beyond my expectations. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. Walking distance to the lake which is just across the main road with many restaurants and shops around. The best thing is you can do laundry and drying for free. My room has balcony with green trees outside presenting nice view for the room. Best hotel i ever stayed!

Quiet, close to everything but away from the crowds. Staff, Quang Qi was amazing! Nothing was too much to ask. Even hairspray & heat pack are available. Your laundry will be folded nicely while you are out.

Desde la ventana se veían las ramas d un árbol inmenso, era como estar en un pueblecito.
En recepción tuvieron una paciencia inmensa y una dedicación total con varios problemas q tuvimos. Muy agradables y sonrientes.
Andando se llega en seguida al Lago del Oeste, muy buena ubicación.
Habitación muy espaciosa.
