Overall it's a good place to stay. The apartment was clean, good size and mostly well equipped. Bed was okay, but could have done with a few more actual pillows and a few less decorative ones. Temperature was quite pleasant given it's on the top floor, but having a pedestal fan to help cool the bedroom would have been a big improvement.
Location is pretty decent, right next to a train station and about 8 mins walk from the nearest bus stop with decent service. Check in was easy, and the host was very communicative. Gave some useful information about the area and where to find things.
There was no hand soap provided which felt like an odd oversight.
The WiFi was basically useless. It seems to be using 4/5G rather than fixed line for the connection which is an issue as the apartment gets rubbish phone signals. Weirdly there is a fixed line router installed as well. Just turned off, with a message to use the other one.
Shower was broken the first couple of nights, which would have been nice to know about ahead of time, but the host got it fixed after the Weekend & Bank holiday.
