very comfy little townhouse. the accommodation is shared by others in their rooms but there wasnt any disturbance on the top floor where we were situated. the room was very clean, tidy, and there were a good few essentials provided for, though be wary of visiting in the summer as the trapped heat can be pretty uncomfortable, and you have to watch your head on the sloped roof. the house is located in a quiet street that isnt too far from the city centre if youre willing to walk or take a bus. overall, wonderful stay and good value for money, me and my partner enjoyed it very much and we would come back again!

This is the first time I've taken a space in an apartment rather than a hotel and I wasn't disappointed! This place is really clean and soooooo quiet! We all loved it.
My only complaint is it said we had the whole apartment. I assumed that was to ourselves, but it was not. We had access to the whole apartment, but there were others renting other rooms. I never saw the other renters. Since this was my first time, I'm going to accept the mistake was on my part, because it really felt safe and sound.
The location was EXCELLENT and we walked to city centre.
I recommend the owner put in a little booklet of places to eat, off sites to go to, which would take this location to another level.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Simple direct self check in, quiet sub urban residential area. Just across the street from bus stop which takes you right down town in a few short minutes. Downtown area is within walking distance as well if you like a bit of exercise, approx half hour stroll. Convenient store just down the road as well, <10 min walk. Not much night life or many places to eat or pubs near by, but down town Belfast in general seems to be more of a sleepier city than most with restaurants ending food service by 8:30-9:30. They also offer one time free laundry with your booking (bring your own soap), which was such a relief. Thank you for the lovely thrifty stay!
