Great location, plenty to do all within walking distance. Apartment was clean and tidy. Lots of takeaways available for delivery.
Wifi was a bit temperamental.

The location was great for walking into town
The accommodation was clean and had lots of extras like coffee, tea and washing tablets
We felt safe once in the apartment
The lock box was wide open so the key was sat for anyone to take. This left us quite uncomfortable and lots of what if questions.
We contacted the owner but we had to leave the key back in the open box when leaving which felt wrong.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was only 20 minute walk to Donegal Square and a train station only 6 minute walk. The Queen’s University is only a 3 minute walk away from here. Had everything that we needed and had a lovely time. Would

This seemed like a lovely apartment at first appearance. It would if you don't care about quality of sleep.
The first night's sleep was awful. The bed was dreadful, the springs on the mattress were protruding, and the bed squeaked when you turned. I contacted the host, and they gave us a mattress topper that got us through our stay. I went back through reviews and noticed that this was an issue last year. When putting mattress topper on, I noticed that the mattress was stained. The kitchen is poorly equipped, with only one wine class. Poor kitchen utensils. In addition, the bathroom needs a good clean, and the walls are covered in mould. If we had done our research properly, we would not have stayed in this area because it is a student area. It's very noisy at night. The apartment has such potential but needs a good clean.
