The location was good, not far from shops, good & cheap takeaways nearby and the people in the area were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the tv had Netflix.
It was quite loud in terms of doors closing and wind rattling things, creaky stairs etc. There wasn’t many cups and they were all small so I had to keep going down for more to drink. The showers were a little dirty but the bathroom floor was clean.

This is a really affordable spot in Leicester, definitely worth it. The rooms are lovely, all the facilities were brill. Heating on was lovely to walk into in the cold weather. Beds were really comfy. Anything you'd need is provided. Bus to town on the street takes less than 10m. Owners are really quick to respond to enquiries. Topping it off, brilliant for the price.
