Location was ideal for me as a stopover between an event at the Space Centre and working in Staffordshire. Affordable room, lots of space and couldn't get over how comfy the bed, pillows and duvet were! Spot on
A small fridge in the room with milk, butter and a yoghurt pot in for breakfast, and a range of cereals plus a couple of slices of bread in a container in the room with a toaster and kettle
Clean sheets and towels, nice decor, easy to find and kitchen was available next to my room if I needed/chose to use it. Also really quiet (except the dog next door) which was a surprise given some of the reviews from people saying it was noisy on a weekend - It was peaceful enough and I heard 1 very respectful person coming in at night keeping quiet
The dog next door was barking until midnight which was frustrating, but of course out of control of the host sadly (just something to be aware of if visiting and getting an early night). No cooked breakfast in the morning (it did sound like it would be there from the description "Full English"), but if you wanted cooked breakfast, you can use the kitchen facilities yourself and tidy up (just in case it's what you were expecting) BUT lots of breakfast items given in room anyway (bread/toaster, jam, marmalade, 3x cereals, yoghurt was great)

Quiet and no disruptions in the night. If you like cats and you’re upset, there’s one cat that literally loves you to pieces and calms you down. Best facilities. Best night sleep I’ve had in a while.
The locks were a bit stiff but nothing that can’t be fixed.
