The location was perfect for me. Quiet road in a good safe area. Excellent for parking. Very clean and adequate for my needs.
I brought my own food so, I would have found a fridge beneficial. Great to have the microwave, plates and utensils, but the only sink and water supply was the tiny sink in the bathroom. For my 'slightly older body' the bed was not comfortable, but using all the pillows I managed to make myself comfortable.

very small and cramped. No television. shower very slippery needs, some kind of antislip.
Just enough for 2 coffees but NO spoons.
Very noisey before 8 ish Kids running about in room above. but ear plugs left for use (thats a first)
