Nice personalised touches to the accommodation. Good location. Close to bus routes for easy access into Ingoldmells and Skegness.

The property was exactly as described.
Cannot fault the property itself.
Although there was a couple of issues we did contact the guys about it (Phil)
The kitchen needed vacuuming and the smoke alarm went off at 06.30.

The caravan was superb and clean, everything was in excellent condition and we loved the interior with the pops of colour. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of cutlery/kitchen utensils.
The location of the caravan was also excellent as it is towards the back of the park and therefore quiet and peaceful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely consider visiting again.
Adam and Phil also had excellent communication from the moment of booking right through to our visit.
The ONLY thing I would say negatively about the caravan is the steps leading up to the balcony, the step before the gate is slightly loose and there is a fairly big drop between that one and the one below which made it difficult for my daughter to get up and down them.
