I was very pleased with the living area — it was cozy, comfortable, and well-furnished. The sofas were exceptionally comfortable, to the point that we could have easily slept on them instead of the bed. The kitchen was also well-equipped and user-friendly, with all the necessary facilities provided. Communication with the host was smooth; he was readily available by phone and provided excellent assistance, which we truly appreciated.
I had a few issues during my stay that I think are worth mentioning. The mattresses in the single room were quite uncomfortable — they kept sliding around when turning during the night, which made the beds feel a bit unstable. I also paid for room bedsheets, the single room bedsheet had a mark on it and the button didn’t fasten properly. The quality just wasn’t on par with the double bed sheets. The main concern, though, was with the hot water. It went cold on us twice — we had to call someone out to fix it, and unfortunately, it happened again later that same night. It was inconvenient, especially since it happened when I really needed hot water. Hopefully, these things can be improved for future guests.
