Everything the owners were really easy to contact and explained everything very professional and friendly the caravan it’s self we very homely and comfortable it’s in a great spot a few minutes walk to the beach and arcades

The caravan is well sited, no movement is felt if your in the bedroom and someone's in the lounge. Comfy beds with excellent light blocking in the bedrooms. Everything worked and the heaters in the van were fab on cold mornings.There is a bus stop just outside the camp and if you buy a group day pass it covers up to 5 people all day for only 13 quid. There's also a corner shop at the entrance and a pub with meals inc gluten free and a small toddler play area. Our stay was very pleasant. Would book again. V quiet site. Can see fantasy island but not hear it! Nice balcony. Saw ducks and rabbits in the mornings.
The hot water is fine in the shower but is Luke warm in the sinks. Reported this to the owners. The main double room was very dusty. An edging on the kitchen counter top is coming away so we got some tape to hold it on as my son scratched his hand on it. Abit more attention to detail on hoovering round edges in bathroom and lounge and it would be 10 /10.

Brilliant caravan very clean and allowed us an early check-in. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back again.

It was ok caravan bit over priced would definitely go ingoldmells again very nice holiday away
I didn't like the fact the bedding smelt like cats and 2 of my kids have asthma they hadn't been washed in any room
