Honestly, for the price it's an excellent value as what you are getting is in size similar to a hotel room however with the addition of a fully fitted kitchenette including all the basics and bonus of air fryer. Plus you don't have any issues with noisy lifts or neighbouring guests, you have your own private parking just outside of the doors in a tranquil and safe neighborhood and if you drive, then the connection to the motorway is as good as it can get without heaving any noise from there.
For anyone using public transport, there seem to be frequent buses just short walk to the main street.
On the cleanliness etc, all great, especially the bathroom, spotless.
There is a central heating but as that is not sufficient, there is also silent electric heating which keeps the allotment nice and cosy.
While not from a religious side an additional notable benefit to us and perhaps others also is that this is a pork-free place.

Easy access, clean
Mattress on the bed was uncomfortable,it needs a foam topper to cover the springs.
There was no mirror in the bedroom.
There was no TV.
There was tea and coffee but no milk.
