Very nice and well presented property in a quiet location. Ideally located just outside of London and near Heathrow Airport. Had a pleasant time in our stay. The property was clean throughout. Would love book again and I would highly recommended.

It was clean and functional with a great secure garden for the dog
It was pretty impossible to get a car parked in front of the house especially as a neighbour had put a stone plant pot in the way - we actually severely damaged our car trying to do so. Also it seems a bit much to charge for extra guests when the house is already quite a price

The location of the property is excellent for Heathrow airport, the motorway and London ring road, and Legoland.
We appreciated how responsive the host was whenever we needed to contact her. And the kids loved the swing, which was a real bonus. There was a trunk full of toys which the kids were absolutely delighted with!
In terms of safety for the kids, the outside of the oven door got too hot for us to touch, which does not seem right. The washing machine door could easily be opened even when the catch was on - when machine on. The lawnmower was left upturned in the garden with the blade exposed.
Is the word “luxury” a good description? We did not think so - we appreciate this is a relative term but, apart from the robes which was a nice touch and the smart tv which the kids appreciated, we didn’t see anything luxurious.
It was handy to have two toilets but in one the toilet was not attached securely to the floor, so it wobbled a little.
I would personally have liked the place to be cleaner. The beds were all clean and the towels, but the floors were a bit grubby. Pics of small double bed and bit of grubby floor ended double bed attached.
The property information says there are toiletries. There was only a quite full shampoo, a couple of toothbrushes (very handy), and a hand wash in the bathroom. We would have appreciated some hand wash in the kitchen.
The information describes a fully equipped kitchen. It was pretty basic. We would have liked a tea towel or two, and an oven glove.
The information says there is parking. There is but it is not easy to access or leave. We parked there once and, after managing to extract the car, did not use the driveway again.
The information describes a double bed. It was a very small double and this would have been good to know.
The dryer was left with damp towels in it, which we dried and folded.
