The house was beautiful it was clean and very comfortable Hassy the host was very accommodating and nice everything was supplied in the house we only had to buy food

The spacious and nicely appointed house provided ample room for our party of six. The kitchen was great with all the appliances, utensils, cutlery etc we could wish for. The area was very nice. The owner was friendly and responded quickly when we reached out to him.
The fittings in the washrooms need attention (handles come off) as do the upstairs doors which squeak badly, disturbing sleepers at night. The owner didn’t think that was a problem and didn’t provide lubricant. That might have just been a misunderstanding. Guests need to know that shoes are not allowed in the house and that they need to bring slippers.

Hassy was wonderful. He introduced himself and explained that he occupied a portion of the house which I didn't know before booking (however it may be in the description, and I missed it). We noticed that the icemaker wasn't working so he brought us a bag of ice. He also brought over a bottle of wine and was generally very kind, professional and accommodating. Except for a few minor things around the house that need repairing, the house itself was amazing. It was large with a nice back yard and all the amenities you could ask for in the kitchen as well as extra bedding, etc.
A little too far from the touristy section of Victoria. The shower knob kept falling off. Needs to be fixed. The key lockbox was difficult to open and close; believe it needs to be replaced; the filter in the microwave needs to be cleaned. The icemaker needs to be fixed. There was no body wash in the bathrooms and there was shampoo and conditioner, but not in the shower.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The hosts personally met us for check-in, gave a helpful tour of the property, and surprised us with a thoughtful welcome basket that really made us feel at home. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our entire visit. We're already counting down the days until we can return. Highly recommend!
