Great linen and towels, bathroom supplies were excellent. Extremely clean room. Great staff on check in and check out. Indoor parking is $10+tax. Great place to sleep - no facility amenities.

We stayed one night while playing Bear Mountain. Generally, a tight community but quiet. The Hotel was convenient for our stay but no facilities at the hotel (ie pool, gym, hot tub, breakfast) unless you paid $45 pp for a day pass to the Bear Mountain Rec Centre.
Room was nice. Comfy beds, large bathroom with shower and separate soaker tub.
Nice flat screen TV but no basic service.
Pricey but we would stay again for the convenient location.

the room is same from what the picture shows.
No hot water in the middle of showering during midnight. The receptionist offered to switch room - we refused as we had unpack our luggage and we just used the shower from another room - the room was cold as hell....My dad caught cold next day! Unbelieveable!!
No receipt provided for the pet fee $25 and parking $10 and turns out I got charged a different amount $50 after check out no email sending out to explain as to why there's an overcharge. Trying to call them multiple times throughout the day with no answer also filled out the form on their website waiting to hear back it's a horriable experience staying here.
