The room was very comfortable, cozy, with everything that you might need (even earplugs). The owner was very helpful regarding any questions we may had, early check in, late check out or keeping our luggage.
The stairs were a little scary but it is woth it.

Amazing, central location, close to great food and cafes, 15min walk to the biggest train station in the Netherlands. Very quiet as well, given how lively the university quarter is. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the heating worked well, the kitchen is well provisioned.
The stairs are very steep, but are fitting with the character of the property.
