Amazing location with wonderful hosts!!
The bed is very uncomfortable, could definitely use a mattress topper to increase comfort. Also, it was very cold and we tried using both heaters but they kept shutting off and never warmed the space up. These are the only reasons we didnt give this location a 10 rating, otherwise it was great. This wouldn't work for anyone with handicaps, the stairs are steep and were a bit tricky with our stroller/toddler and parking is awful but thats not within the control of the hosts either.

Prachtige plek, dichtbij alles en rustig aan het water
Je moet een trap nemen naar het verblijf, wat met veel bagage het soms moeilijk maakt. Maar we kregen veel hulp van de eigenaars en mochten onze buggy boven laten staan. Dankjewel

Prachtige locatie midden in het centrum van Utrecht, alles op loopafstand te vinden. Zeer vriendelijke enthousiaste host. Buiten zitten aan één van de rustige stukken van de Oudegracht. In één woord: geweldig.
