Great position on the canal.
Feels a bit tired and in need of a bit of paint. Also found some maintenance issues. Communication with staff is also a bit of an issue unless you have phone access.

- Ideal location for me as I wanted to be slightly away from the noise of the city center and not too far from the UU/UCU campuses - Very appealing/designer style, including a great bedroom area, nice couch, large balcony and high ceilings - Great shower - Fully stocked kitchen that even included washing up liquid and sponge, dishwasher pellets, towels, etc. - High-quality bedding and linens - Quiet location at the back of the building overlooking the courtyard
- Mattress was way too soft but was changed (along with all others, I am told) three days in and much better - Pillows were freakishly tall, no good for side or stomach sleepers - It was too hot for the duvet, though they provided me with a top sheet upon request - Lighting could be improved: overhead in living area, kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom mirror all need attending to - Very strong incense in the bathroom (a fully-enclosed space) - Pricey, in line with the boutique hotels

The view out the window was immaculate and everything you could want. The location was wonderful as well. Very easy to walk into the city.
The apartment didnt have any oils or seasoning spices for cooking No broom The pillows on the bed are clearly for couches and not a bed. The pillows were immensely uncomfortable and i would recommend new ones. You are paying for the view and location more than the apartment itself.
