Excellent location, close to everything. Clean and comfortable. Quick communication during check in/out. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it was relatively cool. A nice terrace is a big plus.
There were no mosquito nets and no curtains. The apartment faces another building a few steps away and our neighbors could see straight into our plates and beds. The terrace is very neglected - plenty of dry leaves and plants- such a pity- but we still used it with pleasure for breakfast. There was strangely no shower mat (was one inside, but not outside the shower).

Es gab kein Internet. (War zwar in der Beschreibung so angegeben, aber da fast Standard, wurde es übersehen)

Very cozy and quiet apartment. The kitchen has a lot of kitchenware that will allow you to cook. Private garden where you can have breakfast in the shade and coolness. Thanks to the air conditioning and protective roller blinds, the apartment was always pleasantly cool.
To get a second set of keys you need to convince the management company and pay a €30 deposit.
Be careful, there is no WiFi in the apartment. This is stated in the ad but in 2025 it seems impossible and you just don't pay attention to it when booking.
And the worst thing is the dust. It seems like the apartment hasn't been cleaned in years. I have allergies and this turned out to be a real problem for me. Sneezing, itching and suffocation at night ruined my rest. I had to take allergy medicine to not die in their apartment.
