About this apartment rental
The flat is located in the historical center in front of a small square, almost private, in an exclusively pedestrian area, on the first floor of anterior to 1600 ancient fishermen's house.
Independent entrance. Living room with single sofa bed, overlooking the silent square. Open kitchen on the livingroom. A double bedroom. A triple bedroom. A bathroom with bathtub and shower. A second bathroom service. White / black ligurian floor. Independent heating. It reflects sailor 's characteristic feature: wood, slate, stone, iron.
From the entrance door, on foot, in just 140 SECONDS, you bathe at BAIA DEL SILENZIO (see) and in a few minutes to Baia delle Favole. .
As it is in the old town, all services are in 2/5 minutes walk.
Car access: the site is so exclusive that it requires only temporary auto entry permit to charge / discharge. Detailed instructions will be sent.
Proper for families with children. No animals allowed. Not suitable for wheel-chair (stairs to 1st. Floor). Flat and neighborhood are very much appreciated from North European and North American families.
Very interesting diving. Boat and Sailing to rent.

Location was perfect, off the main pedestrian street in the historic city just steps away from the beach. We were impressed with the size, decorations and facilities. Sunny and quiet when windows are closed. Plan to return next year and see Max, a welcoming host, again.

We had a wonderful time in Sestri Levante! We enjoyed to stay in the nice typical ligurian /maritime furnished flat. Everything we needed was there. The facilities are simple but functional with an authentic touch. Our children were also happy. We had great excursions and enjoyed the sea every evening. Both beaches are between 2 and 5 Minutes walk. Great location. The car is not needed.
We hope having soon again the occasion to stay at Massimo and Luisella's flat. We would love it. Thank you very much!
Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour à Sestri Levante. L' appartement est original et décoré avec goût.
L' équipement est simple mais fonctionnel avec une note authentique. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les deux plages sont très proches et facilement accessibles. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. Poissonnier, crémier, primeur, boulanger, moyen supermarché, ...tout est à 5' de marche. La situation du logement est géniale!
Nous reviendrons volontiers.
