L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso (noi eravamo in due ma credo che anche in quattro si possa stare bene) e luminoso. Gli spazi ben distribuiti e la cucina attrezzata. La posizione ottima, vicino a spiagge, centro, ristoranti e negozi. Il condominio tranquillo e pulito
Sarebbe necessaria una più accurata manutenzione: prese elettriche divelte, luce del comodino non funzionante, zanzariere rotte, infissi difficili da aprire e chiudere, stendino arrugginito quindi inutilizzabile. Tutto segnalato ai contatti che ci hanno risposto che avrebbero sistemato, ma poi non si è visto nessuno. Avremmo anche apprezzato la connessione wifi e una televisione un pò più grande

The location is perfect, very close to everything you might need, the building is well kept, the apartment is old fashion which we like, our trip was a blast.
There are few improvements needed, while we like classical apartments there are things needs changing, electricity sockets, windows nets, fridge is good but freezer is not, and I hope these things will be addressed soon ( these are easily and cheaply fixed) because we will definitely would like to visit again.
The one thing that can’t be fixed is noise level at night yet well worth it!

Posizione comoda a tutti i servizi, gestore molto gentile.
Mancava la presa shuko x il phon, zanzariere rotte, le prese della corrente staccate dal muro, quindi pericolose. La tenda del terrazzo uscita dai cardini. Termosifone arrugginito. Citofono rotto. Diciamo che la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione.

The position is excellent and the terrace is adorable!
Some furniture and the electrical system are very old. The screens on the windows are broken or missing. Since there's no air conditioning, we were infested with mosquitoes and ants.
