the location is very good. just a short walk from the underground and overground stations. room was quite a good size, had plenty of storage.
it gets very hot in the room. and I was here in november. the bed is above ground level which makes it even warmer when you’re sleeping.
I wish the sink in the bathroom was bigger. it’s very small and when you open the tap the water can easily splash out and create a mess since the sink is too small.

The location was excellent and was lovely and clean
There was no air con or fan. Needed another pillow and the tv was too low on the wall to watch in bed. The water was off one morning so we had to wait for 2 hours for it to come back on

I love that it was clean and quiet, close to everything, easy to locate and the bed was comfortable. I wish the checkout time would be extended because the check in time is so late.
I didn’t like that my room was in the basement, and I selected a bigger room and I got a very small room. Thankfully I was alone so I was able to move around.
The room can be cleaned better but it was tidy enough to live in. I would also love for the management to be a little bit flexible with the time.
