The room was very clean, the heating and hot water were sufficient, the refrigerator was also good, and it was comfortable overall.
When I checked in, I did not receive any instructions, no password. I didn't even know the code for the key box. The most frustrating part was the WiFi login credentials, which I could never obtain. I called three times, but no one helped me, and I was even given the wrong username and password. It wasn't until one day when the homeowner was next door that I finally got the correct credentials. Overall, the management team is not well.
The homeowner has a dog that frequently barked at me, which made me feel scared. Additionally, I couldn't find a place to dispose of trash—there were no trash bins anywhere. No one came to restock the toilet paper either, which was very inconvenient for my 13-day stay.
This room is an extension built at the back of the garden. I noticed that during heavy rain, water seeped into the floor near the head of the bed. I hope the homeowner can repair this issue.
Overall, I would rate this stay a 6.5/10. If the management team becomes more responsible, responds to emails and phone calls, and provides better service, it would improve the experience. From start to finish, everything was confusing, especially the WiFi issue and the complete lack of check-in instructions. I sent multiple emails, but no one responded. It was truly no good experience.

the studio itself is super cozy and has been beautifully renovated it felt fresh and modern, with all the little touches that make it feel like home.
