It is a nice apartment! The interior looks new. Very clean!! The location is great: very close to the lake and a comfortable walk to the historic town.

Posizione fantastica, a 2 passi dal lago di Bolsena. Appartamento ristrutturato molto spazioso e luminoso dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto silenzioso la notte per un relax totale.
La cucina andrebbe fornita con più stoviglie , coltelli e macchina del caffè a cialde.

La tranquillità della zona, forse anche dovuta al fatto che era finito il periodo "caldo delle ferie" e la disponibilità dei proprietari.
Forse alcuni problemini nel bagno, magari dovuti alla pressione dell'acqua, potrebbero essere risolti. La carenza di parcheggi non a pagamento, non imputabile ai proprietari certamente, ma al Comune, possono incidere se si vuol fare soggiorni "stanziali" e 10€ per giorno di parcheggio...non sono poi pochi....

Casa molto fredda. Il proprietario lesinava sul riscaldamento sebbene avessi chiesto in fase di prenotazione se l'appartamento fosse riscaldato bene perchè mio marito era reduce da una bronchite.
