La posizione. A 500 mt dal Castello la vista a 180 gradi. Gianfranco il proprietario molto gentile. Lo spazio per i miei due cani il giardino. Ti senti dentro la storia sia romana che etrusca. Territorio meraviglioso. A presto 👋

Absolutely lovely property, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Gianfranco was a delight and the grounds were beautiful with stunning views over the town and lake. The kitchen was well equipped and whilst not particularly modern it was good quality throughout. I walked around with white socks one morning and had not a mark on my feet as it was so spotlessly cleaned.
The only suggestion from us is that the shower head in our bathroom was not very good and had little pressure.
