Eigenes kleines Häuschen. Abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Fahrrad abstelle kein Problem. Nähe zur Altstadt.
Häuschen hatte nur die absolut notwendige
Ausstattung. Klimaanlage sollte extra kosten.

Posizione ottima, casa abbastanza accogliente.
Tra i servizi c'è scritto aria condizionata, ma quando ho chiesto del condizionatore mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero lasciato il telecomando al costo di 8 euro aggiuntivi. A questo punto aumentate il prezzo e lasciatemi la scelta.

Bien placé et tranquille.
Le propriétaire ne met pas en marche le chauffage central et la climatisation, qu’on vous fait payer en supplément (10€), ne chauffe que la chambre au premier. Le RdC (séjour / cuisine et salle de bains) reste glacial et humide.
