Everything was smooth! No issues. Stayed at the house for one night during the Niagara Circle Route, so arrived fairly late and left fairly early. The place was clean, and everything was easy. Good accommodation for a group (7 of us). Very comfy couches!

Great basic space for a group - the home was clean and spacious, had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. AC worked well (34 degrees outside during our stay). Communication with the homeowner was easy and we were provided with all of the info we needed ahead of and during our stay. Location was perfect for an activity we had booked 10 minutes away (Horseplay Niagara). Spacious driveway and street parking available. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this area.
Would have loved to see side table lamps in all of the bedrooms - we’re all (boring) avid readers at night and that was the only recommendation we had. Otherwise the house is beautiful and we enjoyed the minimalist spaces, had everything you would need.
