Excellent communication. Beautiful property with a fantastic location. It was very easy to get around the area for our wedding event, shopping, and local attractions. Layout of house was very nice and kitchen adequate. Would have appreciate use of a kerrig coffee machine. As a frequent VRBO renter and parent of an owner, there were a few things we wished would have been corrected. The hot tub only had one jet that worked, temperature did not go above 90 and would benefit from a railing to get in and out. A printed copy of house specifics and where things were located, i.e. Remote for outside light would be helpful for guests.Overall, we loved our stay here with our extended family, ages 13 to 78. Our granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

We loved the location of the property and the size. The rooms were exactly as described. There was an issue with the pool before we arrived, and the host reached out in advance to make me aware of the situation, and checked in throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the spacious decks and seeing deer and birds right from the patio. Great weekend stay and would definitely stay at this property again!

My group and I had a fantastic stay. Check in and communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. The house was immaculate upon arrival and there was plenty of room for our group. The pool and outdoor amenities were great and well utilized. There were plenty of spare blankets and pillows and all the beds were comfortable (no complaints from a group of 11 is impressive). The location is ideal if you’re looking to explore the area but avoid the noise and chaotic energy of Austin. We were only an hour from Lake Travis and Inks State Park which we explored and only 30 minutes from downtown Austin. I highly recommend this home to any family or group looking to explore Austin, Lake Travis or any other adventure in the area!
