Come enjoy Pecan Paradise @ HSB. Waterfront home on lake LBJ
Rooftop deck overlooking the water allows for fishing, kayaking, SUP or swimming. Home comes with free access to kayak, SUP, floats, fishing poles, firepit and ping pong table.
RENTALS:
1) 4 seat electric golf cart is available for additional $75/day
PARKING:
Parking only allowed in driveway and gravel areas (not on any grass)

1) Master bedroom - Features a King size bed with smart TV
2) Bedroom 2 - Features double bunk beds with 4 x Full size beds
3) Bedroom 3 - Features a Queen size bed, smart TV and outdoor veranda balcony
4) Bedroom 4 - Features a Queen size bed, smart TV and amazing lake view from multiple windows
Kitchen - Features Coffee Maker, Toaster, Wolf range, Microwave, cooking pots/pans, utensils and barstool seating for 6 at two islands
Bar - Mini-refrigerator
Patio - Vaulted ceilings with Viking BBQ grill, sink and lakefront views
Garage - Ping Pong table and GoldenTee video game
Waterfront area - includes stairs into water, 2nd level patio with hammock, floating lilypad, fishing kayak and standup paddleboard (SUP)
Guest access
Entire waterfront home and lot is available to you during stay.
Parking:
Parking allowed only in driveway, curved gravel area or at edge of street.
Absolutely no parking is allowed on any grass area.
Boat Slip:
Our boat is parked in the slip so the slip is no longer available to guests. Guests can park their boat or watercraft in the water and tie off as previous guests have done or they can trailer them after use and park trailer on edge of street in front of home.
If slip access is highly desired we can accommodate it for $500. We require 2 week advance notice.
Recreation Vehicle Options (requires separate signed waiver) :

* RESORT ACCESS IS NOT INCLUDED Access to Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities (Golf, Tennis, Spa, Pools, Marina) requires club membership which is not included in rental.
Smoking: NO smoking is allowed inside home or on patios. Smoking and Vaping is only allowed 20Ft away from home. Do not leave any cigarette butts or cartridges in yard or smoking fee will be charged.
Tips:
- The sports bar and restaurant inside Horseshoe Bay Resort Hotel is open to all guests and non-members.
- The Horseshoe Bay Marina may allow rentals and marina access but access is seasonal without club membership
- Public Boat ramp is available next to Bay Marine next to Wirtz dam and it is
