The disposable bath towels were very uncomfortable to use - would definitely prefer real towels.

The location is absolutely convenient, the most city center of Shanghai 👍 The accommodation is friendly set up for a family traveling. The customer service is Top! Highly recommended 🫶🏼

I liked almost everything about the place. It had everything you may need in your everyday life. The kitchen had everything you will need in your short stay. The place is almost in the middle of many shopping places and restaurants, all within walking distance. If you want to cook, there is a vegetable store just 3-4 minutes walk away. There is also a Halal restaurant nearby, just 1 minute walk away. We went to Xintiandi by walking and it took about 15-20 minutes. The Fuxing park was just 2 minutes walk away. There were also metro stations nearby. In a word, the place was very much convenient. The owner was extremely helpful and professional, always available on WhatsApp to answer our questions (since we didn’t have WeChat).
In short, the place was very convenient, comfortable, and the service was excellent.
If I had to mention anything, the washroom could be a bit cleaner, especially in the wall corners. Also, having one or two extra small bowls and plates, plus another small frying pan in the kitchen, would make it even better. Overall, it was a perfect place for us.
