We booked the 2 bedroom apartment so it was very spacious. The space is clean when we checked in. There’s eateries and convenience stores nearby for a quick bite. We could order Taobao directly to our front doorstep with the help of the receptionist. The toilet came with a washer/dryer so we could wash our clothes. Towels were replaced everyday.
The wifi was bad especially when using apps like Youtube, TikTok, Instagram etc. We couldn’t get the TV to work to watch regular channels. The cups weren’t washed after being used. They did give us free basic toiletries but we end up using our own.
We were charged early check-in fee, which was a miscommunication between us and the receptionist. She told us there will be a charge only after we checked into our apartment. They did mentioned that there would be an early check-in fee when we booked but it would be better if the receptionist asked whether we wanted to do early check-in, as we thought we were given early check-in for free.
Aside from this, it was a pleasant stay.

It’s quite spacious and close to expo centre .
They don’t give kitchen set and you have to ask for it . Took us time to explain them and then still received incomplete set , no knife or spoons : plates . Very dusty place . Shockingly no enough light in apartment . Extremely depressing place to stay . The only plus point is that is a very spacious place and close to the expo centre
The staff was trying to help but wasn’t very helpful . There are no fans , no lights , no basic amenities
