Rooms clean. No assigned parking but spaces available for overnight on nearby roads. Good for the price.
Full kitchen to use which was kept clean.
Tenants respected quiet hours.
Key handover a little strange as per other comments here. Phoned the host on arrival. Someone arrived to had me keys within 10 mins so wasn’t inconvenienced too much.
Front door was unlocked when I arrived which was a cause of concern for overnight safety. I locked it before going to sleep, but in the morning it was unlocked so anyone can walk in. Inevitable for the check out process.
I am still trying to get an invoice for my stay for which I am delayed in submitting to my work.
No TV on the stand. Toilet seat broken and on the floor - host text me telling he had a replacement but never communicated further to come and fix it.
