There is a playground for young children in front of the house. There are shops locally as well. If you're driving, it's very close to the motorway(M1)

For anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay just outside of London, close to the Luton Airport, this home in Leagrave is a solid option. The area is quiet and residential, and while it’s about a 12-minute walk to the station, the train ride to central London is direct and takes roughly 30–40 minutes, offering great value for those who don’t mind a short commute.
The house itself has great potential. It gets a lot of natural sunlight, which is especially lovely during colder months.
The host provides basic amenities, including a mini fridge and essentials in the bathroom, which are helpful for short stays. While we only stayed one night, we appreciate the flexibility and the convenience this property offers travelers looking to explore London without paying central London prices.

Was in a quiet area, close to airport, good value for money
Pictures and reviews can be deceiving, this isn't an 8 out of 10, it wasn't horrible but it could of been so much better, cut the grass, move the wardrobe out of front room into bedroom and put an actual sofa in it...was half used milk, water etc in the fridge, we wouldn't stay there again
