Good location. Only a short walk into the centre, and very close to the Quays. The flat was very comfortable. The host was very responsive and quick to remedy a couple of small issues (e.g. initially there were no tea towels, glasses etc...)
No dishwasher nor microwave - despite being listed as amenities at the flat. No coffee machine. Only a kettle and toaster. Also, the flat is part of a larger complex, accessed through several doors and a long walk to the end of the complex to where the flat is situated.

The location and cleanliness of the flat.
Picking up the keys was very complicated because the owner of the flat sent us a link that did not work. After waiting a few hours and calling a phone number several times, someone finally answered and sent us the correct link. The flat was clean and cosy, but we missed having a microwave and a TV. There were also no toiletries. The water system was very noisy, and the doors squeaked a lot, so we woke up every time someone used the bathroom at night.
