Colazione non fruita. L'appartamento è nuovo nella realizzazione, concezione, distribuzione e arredamento. L'ubicazione è in area prossima al centro cittadino, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi
Nella descrizione dell'immobile sarebbe utile avvertire l'utente (se con automezzo proprio) di qualche difficoltà ad avvicinarsi alla struttura per via di diverse ZTL. Tratti a piedi con troller e zaini sono mediamente piacevoli nelle stagioni intermedie....

The apartment is excellent, very clean and lovely to stay in. It was very easy to check-in and out. The host was excellent and accommodated us very well. The location was also excellent, with the center a few minutes walk as well as great restaurants and bars near by.

Spacious apartment with good facilities (except the aircon which didn't work) near to centre of town.
Aircon didn't work and too noisy to open window at night as bar downstairs open until 4am. Host communication was virtually zero. Did not answer messages, emails or phone calls. Only contact was just before check in whilst I was phoning Booking.com as I thought we'd been scammed. Asked for help re aircon but no response from host.
