I do not recommend this hotel to anyone … specially if you are going by public transport…. You have to walk 1.5 km to reach there. Not only that the beds are not prepared well …. They are not tucked …. They skip room service and the days that they do they never do the bed ( just throw blanket on top of your bags …. Beds not tucked ) bathroom not sure how they have cleaned ( even though it looks clean …. Bcos they forget to keep the stuff like cups, ear cleaning kits etc …. Also they forget their cleaning agents on top of sink …. And when you show that to manager he tells it’s just nothing to bother …. Also half a day their WiFi was not working due to technical issue ( that could be forgiven)
The worst case is …. Since I am a foreigner who speaks moderate Italian and solely dependent on google finished my mobile data…. Since hotel does not provide lunch or dinner I had to go out finding restaurant…. Since it’s sunday and since all nearby places were closed I asked I told the manager that my mobile data is finished and asked him to draw me a rough map which I can follow and go to nearby restaurant or cornad ( supper market) …. He neglected that and whole day he did not even asked how I had my dinner or lunch. I think this hotel has very irresponsible staff ( but two of them are good ….)
Rest of the staff has no sense of customer service, how to do their job properly…. Or not even human …. )
I think out of all 3 star hotels I stayed this is the worst…. )
